How to whittle down your tax bill

Recently I moved in with my fiancé and let my property, which I am buying with a mortgage from the Woolwich. I earn about £1,000 monthly before tax. Should I be declaring the £550 monthly rental income for tax? Also, would I be liable for capital gains tax if I sold my property at a profit after a couple of years?

Motor ad was a scam

I advertised my Jaguar for sale in a motoring magazine and someone from Vehicle Connect called me to say it had buyers all over the country who would pay the asking price or more.
