One has to agree with Nial Adams; I have been to lots of different types of forums, but this has got to be the worst. Regarding the number of posts. I do like the design, but where is everyone?
For a Business forum to be so idle, some folk are just not doing their work duties. What a waste!
come on, let us get this forum do what it's meant to do!

I have only just noticed this Forum after being a member of the other EDP24 forums for two years!
Perhaps it should be "advertised" on the EDP paper or the other forums could have a link to this one?

BTW, further to e-mail exchange with Vince of webteam over this weekend, I would say that this is my first post on this forum yet the post count says "5"!
Technology is great when it works. Re: RE: Business site Nick 03/10/2006, 2:08 PM I quite agree, we've placed ads in the local archant press but were never even made aware of its exsistance until I stumbled across today. Come on EDP this is a potentially fantastic resource, which could some serious good for small businesses like ours in Norfolk. Market it!!! Re: RE: Business site Alan 19/10/2006, 4:43 PM After signing up I came across this forum within a few minutes. Notably I was specifically looking for a forum with eager anticipation and keen to get involved. Probably because I was fully expecting a thriving mix of enthusiastic input. “What else would you expect from a forum in such location?” I fully agree with the not so positive comments thus far, they are without question fully justified! "I presume that the anonymous comments are from site management". My confusion is that we are advised all entries are monitored, (content) therefore the people who run this we know will have seen the thoughts & comments which all point toward the deficiency's whilst still trying to encourage an active site "yet still nothing as-in dididly squat" has been done to promote the tool?? The constructive criticism that has been offered comes from people who have taken the time to encourage improvement and perhaps a little bit of a push start. By not providing any marketing or promotion of this potential gold mine for local business communication, total disregard & a serious lack of respect of the participants thus far will certainly not do the EDP or Archant much good surely. I for one look forward to someone getting their finger out "so to speak" and would like to push to the front of the que at that time to give the due "pat on the back" recognition and then in turn run of to spread the word about the up & coming tool that people in the local business community don't want to miss out on! I look forward to that day but whist the owner’s can’t be bothered then my efforts will go elsewhere until that day…….. Copyright © 2007 Archant Regional Limited. All rights reserved.
